1. Do you offer free samples?

If you have a great numbers of orders, the samples are free. If not, you should pay for double the cost of samples.

2. How long about the date of delivery?

The new products delivery needs 60 days, the product of production need 45 days at least.

3. Do you have research and development ability?

Our company has 3 CAD designers, and 15-20 proofing master.

4. How do you ensure the quality of product?

We have a professional QC team, we responsible for incoming process and outgoing qualitycontrol, etc.

 5. If I place order, do I need to pay deposit for reservation?

As for terms of payment, we require 30% deposit for advance,When boat leaving habor, you need to pay for 70%FOB.
